Server Rules
Please read and follow all rules to ensure a great roleplay experience for everyone in our community.
Important Notice
Breaking server rules may result in warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on the severity. Staff decisions are final. If you have questions, open a support ticket on Discord.
General Rules
-
1.1
Respect for the Community
You must be respectful to other players and staff members. You must always remember that whatever you do in-game must not infringe on others' capacity to enjoy the game.
- No OOC harassment or sending angry/offensive out-of-city messages
- Do not argue with staff in-game; use Discord tickets instead
- No trolling players, police, staff, or members
-
1.2
Staff Instructions/Rulings
Staff instructions or rulings are final and non-negotiable. If a staff member's ruling seems to have been made in error, the dispute must be handled outside the game via Discord by creating a staff complaint ticket.
- Do not DM members of the Staff Team directly
- Use the proper channel within Discord
- Follow the proper chain of command or open a support ticket
-
1.3
Ticket Confidentiality
Any information shared within a Discord complaint/report ticket is to remain confidential. Staff will not disclose what disciplinary action was taken against any individual, nor will they discuss it with a third party.
Sharing information disclosed within a ticket may result in further disciplinary action.
-
1.4
Circumventing a Ban
While you are banned from the server and/or Discord you are not allowed to register another account or use an alternate account until the ban period has expired.
- Using alternate accounts will result in the alternate being banned
- Your original ban may be extended
- Dispute bans by creating a ticket in the NG Discord
-
1.5
Tickets
When putting in a Ticket, please make sure you are opening the correct ticket for the issue at hand. If you open the incorrect ticket, you will be directed to open the correct one and the incorrect one will be closed.
For rule break tickets: You MUST provide video of the whole scene (initial interaction, the issue, and how the scene ended). You can send multiple clips if needed.
-
1.6
Toxicity
Any form of toxicity is not allowed in the server. You cannot harass, spam, insult, or disrespect other players in or out of character.
You may speak roughly if it fits your character during RP (for example, arguing or threatening in-character), but it must remain part of the scene and not cross into personal attacks.
-
1.7
Respect & Religious Protection Policy
Disrespectful behavior targeting a player's family members, including insulting someone's mother (saben om) or close relatives, is strictly prohibited unless there is clear mutual consent and established friendship roleplay.
If reported and confirmed, the offender will receive a minimum 2-week ban. Repeated or severe violations may result in a permanent ban.
Religious hate speech, including insulting or cursing God (kofr rabbi) or any religion, will result in an immediate permanent ban with no right to appeal.
Roleplay Rules
-
2.1
Metagaming
Using out-of-game information (Discord, stream, chat) in RP is strictly prohibited.
-
2.2
OOC (Out of Character)
You must act, speak and react as your character in game at all times. Your character should behave like a real person living in the game.
-
2.3
VOL (Value of Life)
You must act as if your character's life is important and can be permanently harmed or lost. This means you should avoid reckless or unrealistic behavior that a real person would not do just because it's a game.
-
2.4
RDM (Random Deathmatch)
Killing someone with no reason in RP is forbidden.
-
2.5
VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch)
Using a vehicle as a weapon is prohibited.
-
2.6
Fail RP
When a player performs unrealistic actions that break immersion or ignore real-world logic. Your character should act like a real human with physical limits, emotions, and consequences.
-
2.7
Powergaming
Don't act beyond your character limits. You cannot force unrealistic outcomes or actions.
-
2.8
Combat Storing
Combat storing is when a player runs away, enters interiors, or stores items or vehicles during an active RP situation to avoid losing them or to force the scene to end. This removes consequences and breaks fair roleplay.
-
2.9
Combat Logging
When a player intentionally goes AFK, disconnects, or closes the game (ALT+F4) to avoid the outcome or consequences of an active roleplay situation. This includes combat, police interactions, chases, robberies, arrests, or any ongoing RP scene.
-
2.10
Force RP
Force RP is when a player forces an outcome or action onto another player without giving them a fair chance to react, respond, or roleplay their own character. Roleplay must be interactive and consent-based, not one-sided or "I win" focused.
-
2.11
Win RP
Win RP happens when a player makes up events, objects, or abilities that don't exist in the game in order to automatically "win" a roleplay scene.
-
2.12
Coherence RP
Your character's actions, appearance, and identity must make sense based on who they are and what group, faction, or job they belong to. Your character should behave like a real person in their role, and not randomly act in ways that don't fit their background.
-
2.13
Clear Shot
If a player is holding a hostage, you cannot attack or kill them in a way that puts the hostage in danger. You must act realistically and value the life of the hostage. Your actions should not endanger or kill innocent characters to win a fight or chase.
-
2.14
Cop Baiting
Cop baiting is when a player intentionally provokes police or sheriff officers just to start a chase, fight, or confrontation without a valid RP reason. You cannot deliberately annoy or manipulate law enforcement to create conflict. All interactions with police must make sense in-character and in the story.
-
2.15
ERP (Erotic Role Play)
Erotic Role Play is any role-playing activity performed mostly, or exclusively for the purpose of sexual behavior.
- ERP is not allowed in open/public settings
- You are not allowed to share pictures of sexual behavior on in-city social media (Twitter)
-
2.16
Voice Identification
Players may not identify another character solely by their voice. Voice recognition is only permitted if:
- The character is an immediate family member (established through approved backstory), OR
- The character's face is fully visible and recognizable in RP
Voice changers, masks, or altered speech remove the ability to identify a character by voice alone. Using voice recognition to bypass anonymity is considered metagaming.
-
2.17
Emote Usage & Restrictions
Emotes must be used for immersive roleplay purposes only. Players may not:
- Use emotes in unintended ways to gain a tactical advantage
- Combine emotes to create unrealistic actions
- Exploit animation timing to avoid damage, restraints, or consequences
Using emotes to manipulate mechanics or bypass intended gameplay is considered powergaming.
-
2.18
Fear RP
Fear RP means your character must always value their life and act realistically in dangerous situations, complying when outmatched or at a clear disadvantage, regardless of gang affiliation.
-
2.19
Fail Drive
Players must drive realistically at all times. Unrealistic vehicle behavior such as ignoring major crashes, driving off extreme terrain without consequences, or using vehicles unrealistically is considered Fail RP.
- You may not continue driving normally after severe damage
- Driving with a destroyed or heavily damaged wheel is prohibited

- Unauthorized corruption will result in removal and punishment
Undercover Operations

- Undercover operations require approval from the Chief of Police
- No officer may self-assign undercover status

Raid Rules
Police may not raid a gang without proper preparation. To initiate a raid, officers must:
- Prepare a structured evidence file
- Gather sufficient and documented information

Raids require staff approval through a Discord ticket before execution. Unauthorized or poorly prepared raids are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

Illegal Rules
Gang Registration & Approval
All gangs, cartels, mafias, MCs, or criminal organizations must receive official staff approval before operating. Operating as an unapproved large-scale criminal organization is strictly prohibited.
To be approved, a gang must provide:
- Name and origin story
- Leadership structure
- Defined territory or operational focus
- Clear theme (street gang, mafia, cartel, biker club, etc.)
Minimum of 6 founding members at application and must maintain at least 6 active members at all times. If membership falls below minimum, leadership receives a warning and has 7 days to restore activity. Failure to comply results in disbandment.
Maximum Member Capacity
A criminal organization may have a maximum of 15 officially approved members (12 male and 3 female).
Exceeding this limit will result in administrative action and possible suspension of gang status.
Official Membership Requirement
- All members participating in any gang-related activity must be registered in the in-game gang system
- Unregistered participation will result in disciplinary action
- Gang leaders are responsible for ensuring only approved members engage in gang activities
The gang role request channel will open once per week. Any additions or changes to gang membership must be submitted during that period and approved before being applied in-game.
Gang Rivalry Regulations
Rivalries may not begin without prior communication between the High Command of both gangs. Leadership is responsible for controlling members and preventing unauthorized escalation.
A rivalry is not a war. Rivalries must involve meaningful roleplay build-up before large-scale conflict. Violent acts without proper RP escalation may be treated as RDM.
Allowed rivalry actions:
- Drive-bys
- Kidnappings
- Stabbings
- Targeted confrontations
Requirements:
- Law enforcement response must be respected
- Rivalries may not be treated as open warfare
- Random city-wide shootings are prohibited
- 30-minute cooldown between violent scenes (no hospital camping or revenge retaliation)
- Only the two directly involved gangs may participate (no allies, backups, or temporary additions)
- Minimum of 6 officially approved members per gang for rivalry-related violent engagement
Gang War Regulations
War is a last resort and must follow meaningful roleplay progression. War cannot be declared due to minor disputes, single-player actions, or OOC disagreements. There must be a clear agreed-upon objective such as territory, business control, or debt.
Before war begins:
- An in-city parley must occur on neutral ground
- Violence is strictly prohibited during parley
- A Gang Support Ticket must be submitted for staff approval
- War is not valid until officially approved and formally announced
War Rules:
- Only the 15 officially approved members from each gang may participate
- No allies, affiliates, backups, or member swapping for combat advantage
- Gangs with fewer active members must proceed with those present
- Structured rounds: one gang initiates, opposing gang retaliates, last standing wins the round
- Once downed in a round, player must sit out for remainder of that round
- Maximum war duration: 72 hours
If unresolved after 72 hours, staff may declare a winner, enforce a ceasefire, or impose consequences. Rule violations during war may result in automatic round loss, administrative action, or termination of the war.
Medical Neutrality
If medics are present during war:
- Medics are neutral and may not be targeted
- Medics must clearly identify themselves with white clothing and vehicle
- Medics must wait until active gunfire has stopped before entering a scene
Kidnapping & Scene Limits
- Kidnapping scenes must remain meaningful
- May not exceed 30 minutes unless actively progressing
- Leaving a player restrained or abandoned without continued roleplay is prohibited
Downed / Dead Player Conduct
When a player is downed at the conclusion of a scene, the scene ends with them. You may not:
- Move the body
- Stage it
- Mock it
- Continue interacting
The only exception is legitimate medical transport to a hospital.
Looting Regulations
Looting must have a valid roleplay reason and remain logical and proportional. When a player is downed, the following items may NEVER be looted:
- Food
- Drinks
- Phone
Abuse of looting mechanics will result in disciplinary action.
Job Protection Rule
Players may NOT kidnap, rob, or violently target an individual wearing working outfits while they are actively performing a legal job duty:
- Taxi
- Delivery
- Mechanic
- Food service
- Similar legal employment
This rule protects players who are actively performing job duties. Once they are off the clock, normal RP rules apply.
